Budapest Smoked Salmon Bites

Combine in Food Processor:

8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup minced onion
1 T. capers, drained
1 T. paprika
1. tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. anchovy paste or 2 anchovies
2 tsp. caraway seeds

Serve on pumpernickel and top with a thin slice of smoked salmon.
Garnish with chopped dill and a dash of paprika.
