Salmon Mousse

Soften 1T. gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water
Add 1/2 cup boiling water and stir until dissolved. Cool.

Add:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1T minced onion
1T minced celery
1/2tsp. Tabasco
1 tsp.Salt

Fold in: 15 1/2 oz.salmon
Fold in: 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Place in bottom of a 6 cup fish mold, rinsed in cold water and decorated with sliced olives or hard boiled eggs and or dill.
