Smoked Salmon Tortilla Spirals


16 oz. softened cream cheese
6 oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon
4 T. drained and chopped capers
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Spread evenly over 6 flour tortillas (10 in.)
Roll up jelly roll style.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hrs. or overnight.
To serve, unwrap and trim ends.
Cut rolls on angle into thin 1/2 ub. thick slices and arrange on platter.
