Taztziki (Greek Cucumber Dip)

Place 1 cup grated, seeded, peeled cucumber on several layers of paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt and let stand 30 min.


1 cup yogurt
1 T. fresh mint 
2 tsp. fresh dill
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1//4 tsp. salt
2 garlic cloves, minced

Refrigerate 1 hr.
Serve with pita wedges, crudites or use as a sandwich topping
