Apple and Horseradish-Glazed Salmon

Whisk together:

1/3 cup apple jelly
1 T. chives
2 . horseradish
1 T. champagne vinegar
1/4 t. salt

Sprinkle salmon with 1/4 t. salt and pepper

Heat 2 t. olive oil or more in skillet.
Add salmon and cook for 3 min.
Turn salmon over and brush with half apple mixture.

Wrap handle with foil, and bake at 350. for 5 min. or until done.
Brush remaining apple mixture on fish and serve.
