Muffin Tin Meatloaves

Combine and Knead together:

1 1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 cup (one small) shredded zucchini
2 beaten egg whites
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. poultry seasoning (or Italian)

Pack above in 12 ungreased muffin cups.
Drizzle with 1/4 cup ketchup.
Refrigerate overnight or bake right away.
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
