Butterbean Salad

1 lb. Frozen Fordhook Lima Beans, cooked 20-30 min. in salted water until tender

Drain and Cool and Toss in:

6 T. mayonnaise
scant tsp. Dijon mustard
scant tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco

Fold in:

3 chopped hardboiled eggs
bunch chopped scallions
