Salt and Vinegar Potato Chips

Thin slice 4 red potatoes.

Toss in:

2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Bake on an oiled cookie sheet in a 425 oven for 30 minutes. Turn potatoes and cook 15 minutes longer.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
