Stuffed Peppers

Slice off tops of 4 green peppers. Reserve tops and remove core and seeds.
Drop in boiling water for 7 minutes.

Choose your favorite fillings, quantities depending on size of peppers: 

cooked and drained  1 lb. hamburg with salsa and/or cooked rice or bulgur wheat, salt and pepper and herbs to taste
cooked and drained 1 lb.ground turkey with chopped onions and peppers and salt and pepper and herbs to taste
cooked sausage with onions
cooked vegetables with bulgur wheat for vegetarian dish

Top with tomato sauce and cheese.
Place pepper tops on top and place in casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.
