The next morning came and Ava set out to make the lemon breads. She got so distracted listening to people tell funny stories, she did not even notice that she forgot to put salt into the batter.

Into the oven they went... all 10 of them.

Out of the oven they came... all 10 of them ...sunken in the middle. They did not rise, they fell!

She tasted them, "No salt," she said. "What ever is going on here! I've been making these lemon breads for years, and never made a mistake until we started saving our garbage for the pigs!" Disgusted, she tossed all 10 of them into the pig bucket.
