Scald 7 cups milk
Add

3 cups sugar
8T. salt
12 oz. butter
3 3/4 lb.grated cheddar cheese

Pour above in mixer.
Add 1 cup water dissolving 3T. instant yeast
Add 7lb. Bread Flour

Knead approximately 5-6 minutes, or until dough is soft and elastic.
