This recipe yields 3 aluminum 8 in. round cakes, and freezes well.
Grease 3 8 in. aluminum cake pans.

2 T. butter
8 oz. butter or margerine
3 cups brown sugarFold in:
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanillaAlternately add, beginning and ending with dry ingredients:
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda2 cups sour cream
Fold in:
4 cups rhubarb
1 cup walnutsTop with:
1 cup sugar
2 tsp.. cinammon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
