Cream together:
4 oz. softened butter
1 1/8 cups brown sugar
1/2 tsp. saltAdd:
one extra large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. milkAdd:
1 cup pastry flour
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. powe\der
3/4 tsp. soda
3/4 cups oats
4 oz. raisinsIf dough is too soft, you may need to refrigerate it for an hour. It keeps well in the refrigerator for a couple of days.
Scoop onto cookie sheets and press down.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 min.
