This recipe can be used to decorate cookies or if thickened enough with sugar, and liquors added,can be used to fill chocolates!
It can also be used for the hard decorations you sometimes see on wedding cakes.

Beat together:

1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 T. milk or liquor, such as Kirsch
