This recipe is for a 13 by 9 inch rectangular pan.
Make crust:
Beat together:
8 oz. softened butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup oats
3/4 cup all purpose flourPress crust into quarter sheet pan.
Make filling:
1 lb. softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
16 oz. canned pumpkin
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
2 tsp. cinammonBake in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
When cool, can top with a little cinammon whipped cream and a nuts if desired.
