Mix together:
3/4 cups crackers or breadcrumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
2 T. parsley
1/2 tsp; garlic powder
2 tsp. lemon peelPut topping on 1lb. fish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Serve over parsley rice.
Parsley Rice:
To one cup rice, add:
1/4 cup chopped parsley
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 T. butter
