In large bowl, combine:
2 T. olive oil
1/4 cup orange juice
zest of one orange
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried tarragon
1 tsp. dried dill
pinch salt and pepperToss the fish several times and marinate for 2 hours.
Bake in a preheated 450 oven for 10 min.
Serve with chives sprinkled on top.
