Place 1 1/2-2 lb. salmon in 9 by 13 in. dish.
In saucepan, melt:
4 T. butter
3 T. honey
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 T. chopped parsleySpoon half the sauce over the fish.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
Broil for 2 minutes.
Drizzle with remaining sauce and serve.
