Rosemary Whole Grain Mustard Rub

In processor:

2 t. olive oil
2 T. rosemary
3 T. garlic cloves
2 tsp. salt
3 shallots
2 tsp bleck pepper
2 tsp. lemon zest
1 T. balsamic vinegar

Add:

1/3 cup whole grain mustard
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Brush on either lean pork chips or breast of bone-in chicken.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake at 375 until done.
