Brown 2 lb. stew meat in 2 T. oil
Add 2 cups beef broth
Cover and simmer about 2 hours, adding water if necessary.Add vegetables and seasonings and cook 30-40 minutes:
1 green pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups carrots, diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 1/2 cups potatoes, diced
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. oregano and basil
1/8 tsp. celery salt
dash pepper
dash garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. sage
