Recipe for center cut loin bone-in pork chops, 1/2 inch thick , bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes
Dip pork chops in milk.
In plastic bag, shake pork chops in following mixture:
2T cornmeal
2 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. onion or garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
