1 tsp. paprikaMelt one stick butter.
Lightly brown chicken then simmer covered 30 min.
Remove chicken.Blend, stirring constantly:
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup half and halfAdd and cook until smooth and thick:
1 1/4 cups half and half
1/4 cup sherryAdd:
1 cup grated cheese to heated sauce until melted
1 cup sliced sauteed mushrooms
