Chicken Curry

Have ready one cup cooked rice.

Cook 3-4 boneless chicken breasts in 1 cup chicken broth.
Save broth.

In large pan, saute 2 small thin liced onions for 5 minutes in 1 T. oil.
Add 1 diced red apple and cook until browned.
Add 1/2-1 cup vegetables of choice (peas, cauliflower, pea pods...)
Remove from pan and place in large bowl.

Heat, cook 5 minutes:

2 T. oil
2 T. flour
2 T. curry
1/2-1 tsp. salt

Add and cook 5 minutes:

1 cup milk
broth
1 cup rice

Add diced chicken and vegetables until warmed through.
