Marinate 6 lb. boneless chicken breast overnight in:
2 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. thyme
8 minced cloves garlicBake at 450 for 10 minutes on cookie sheet or until pink.
Serve over lettuce.
Top with:
2 lb. cooked crumbled bacon
12 hard boiled eggs
8 oz. Bleu Cheese
