Mexican Chicken Burritos

Saute 1 lb. sliced chicken breasts in 2 tsp. oil and set aside.

Saute:

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper
1 T. cumin
1/2 cup hot salsa

Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup cilantro and more salsa.

Serve with warm tortillas and guacomale pie if desired.

 

Guacomale Pie:

Layer the following in a clear glass pie pan:

1st layer: chop 2 avacadoes, 2 tomatoes, 1 bunch scallions, 1 T. linme juice,1T. mayonnaise,1 pkg. Taco Seasoning
2nd layer: Mix 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 pkg. taco seasoning
3rd layer: sliced black olives
4th layer: sharp orange cheddar cheese

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping
