Recipe #1, Marinated in Wine
Cover and Boil for 3 minutes:
1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 cup white wine
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. white vinegar
2 T. olive oil
1/4 cup onions
1 T. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. grd. coriander
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe #2, Herbed Mushrooms
Cover and cook 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced with stems discarded, 10 minutes over medium heat.Prepare marinade and let set for several hours, refrigerated or at room temperature:
1-2 T. lemon jiuce
3 T. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4-1/2 tsp. thyme
1 minced clove garlic
black pepper
handful finely minced parsley
