Gazpacho

Combine and chill for several hours:

46 oz. tomato juice
2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
2 sliced green peppers
2 chopped tomatoes
6 T. fresh lemon juice
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 T. chopped parslye
2 T. olive oil
1/4-1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1-1 1/2 t. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
optional dash of tabasco
