Saute in a large frying pan or pot:
4 onions
2 tsp. cumin
4 cloves garlicAdd:
2 large cauliflower
2 lb. potatoes cubed and peeled
Cook for 5 minutesSprinkle it with:
1 tsp. coriander
2 tsp. tumeric
2 red chilis, thin slicedAdd:
1 1/3 cups water
1 1/2 cups yogurt
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 - 15 minutesAdd:
4 cups frozen peas
2 T. cliantro
1 T. + 1 t. curry powder
Cook 5 minutes
