Cauliflower Bhati

Saute in a large frying pan or pot:

4 onions
2 tsp. cumin
4 cloves garlic

Add:

2 large cauliflower
2 lb. potatoes cubed and peeled
Cook for 5 minutes

Sprinkle it with:

1 tsp. coriander
2 tsp. tumeric
2 red chilis, thin sliced

Add:

1 1/3 cups water
1 1/2 cups yogurt
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes

Add:

4 cups frozen peas
2 T. cliantro
1 T. + 1 t. curry powder
Cook 5 minutes
