Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 15 min. or until potatoes are tender:

3 lb. peeled and cubed potatoes (6 cups)
10 garlic cloves, peeled
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. salt

Drain. Remove and discard bay leaf.

Mash potatoes and garlic with 3/4 - 1 cup heated milk or buttermilk.

Salt and pepper to taste.
